This site is the first of its kind in Tarifa, and we believe it will set the
standard in Andalucia if not Spain as a whole.
Set in 27 hectares (66 acres) of Oak forest, the site is a private residential mobile home park. It is
located in one of the most beautiful parts of Andalucia, with a wonderful setting and
fantastic views for miles around.
Plots will vary in size depending on the terrain, odd shaped plots will be more
spacious so as to allow clients to derive the best possible enjoyment from their gardens. This having been said most
of the plots will be around 180m2, approximately 10m x 18m (or 33” x 60” and around 2000 square
feet). This allows clients plenty of space for a car port and parking as well as a utility
shed, plenty of terracing and garden space. The garden will be managed by the individual owner
and they will be welcome to plant shrubs and plants and even have a small lawn if they so choose,
the ground here is excellent for cultivation. For the less green fingered of us a gravel option is
available for part or all of the plot.
