There’s a warm and friendly welcome waiting for you at
this new residential park near Tarifa in Andalucia, southern Spain. This region has the most
spectacular unspoilt coastline in Spain, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
There are more beaches than people here, even in the summer if you don’t like crowds you
never have far to go for peace and quiet, and if you do there are busy towns that are relaxed by day and come alive at
night Outdoor and on the beach night clubs keep the young going all night while in the villages the
residents relax with a glass of wine and some friendly chat.
Tarifa enjoys the benefits of the beautiful blue Atlantic on one side and the azure Mediterranean on
the other. These features have made Tarifa one of the worlds number 1 resorts for surfers worldwide.
Every sunny evening, and there are over 300 a year here, the sun melts into the deep blue Atlantic
Ocean and rises in the morning over the beautiful Mediterranean. The restaurants provide quality and value
and always have the atmosphere of the local town in their heart and fresh fish on the grill. Due to
the careful conservation policies of the local councils this is
an area of Spain unspoilt by the commercial over development of other areas, and one that
continues to attract people back year after year for the love of the relaxed feeling that lets you
know that you are on holiday.
In summary, if you like golden sandy beaches, historical towns, fabulous countryside, great food,
great wines, friendly people and a general feeling of well being then this site is for
you. Alternatively the hustle, shopping centres and nightlife are available around the corner.
Site features
The Lodge
This will be a single story wooden building of approximately 160m2. This building will be the social
and commercial centre of the park offering the clients a place to meet and socialise as well as shop
and eat. There will be a restaurant providing a varied menu all day with many local specialties,
such as fresh fish straight from the ocean, as well as a shop offering all the essentials including
local freshly baked breads.
The lodge will be open plan at one end with lounge style furniture around a central fire place, as
well as tables and chairs for playing cards and similar activities. There will be a meeting room
available which may be
reserved for specific periods for individual or group use. This will encourage the forming of social clubs
and similar gatherings or events. Also in the meeting room will be a library of books, originally stocked by the park and
run on a trust basis, for the general enjoyment of residents.
The lodge will have a computer for general use and the whole area will be “WiFi” for those of you
with portable devices.

There will be two swimming pools in the gardens of the park for the use of all our clients. One of
the pools will be heated for year round usage, allowing clients to enjoy the late autumn and early
spring weather to its full.

There will be an electric gated entrance, with remote controls being issued to all clients, for
improved security. This will be next to the visitor parking and the park office.
Walks and Bird Watching
The park is set on the edge of 27 hectares of forest and the homes will only occupy one third of its total
space. Therefore we propose to mark out walks throughout the park and the forest to give people the chance to
fully enjoy the area and its incredible views, both across the plains and to the ocean. There will
also be installed several hides for bird watching as this is an area famous for its local and
migratory birds.

A short drive from the park is Montenmedio golf and country club, where discounted membership will
be available. Apart from the 18 hole 72 par golf course the club also boasts a wide variety of
sports facilities including, paddle, tennis, horse riding, climbing, quad biking, 4x4 off road,
football and much more.

fish. Trips can be arranged at client’s convenience from a number of different harbours.
Dolphin and Whale Watching
Every day the whale watch boat leaves Tarifa port doing their bit for whale and Dolphin
conservation, we can arrange for our clients to join the trip and travel through the Straights of
Gibraltar in search of the marvellous creatures.
North Africa
North Africa, Morocco, is only 15 kilometres from the Spanish peninsular and the fast ferry leaves
Tarifa almost hourly every day. Clients can be in Tangiers in just half an hour, where they can
enjoy the sites and flavours of the African continent. There are day trips or longer stays can
easily be arranged to allow visits further south to Fez, Casablanca or Marrakech and beyond.
National Parks
The park is set in beautiful countryside in the Tarifa province which in turn boasts some
of the most spectacular national parks in Europe. There are fabulous mountains, where the Eagles
circle in the thermal winds, and huge lakes which boast amazing wild life and a huge variety of
local and migratory birds, including Flamingos. There are lodges and picnic areas aplenty as well as
organised walks and tours and the lakes have various water sports facilities.
The Coast
The beaches of the Atlantic are famous; they boast huge expanses of golden sand, rolling waves and
every evening the sun slowly melts down into the watery horizon. The coast is populated by many sea
side towns, each with its own individual charm. The park is near the town of Barbate a
few miles south from the historic point of Trafalgar, here the beaches stretch on for miles without
pause and are often backed by fabulous golden dunes.
Sailing
The park will be taking advantage of the wonderful coastline to the maximum by providing
sail boats for those clients who wish to enjoy the sea to the full. Experience will be required and
courses will be available for those who wish to learn. During the winter months the boats will be
kept on the nearby lake for more tranquil times off season.
