gone to great lengths to ease peoples fears. Several common questions and
answers are provided by the site management below. As new questions arise we

Q. Is the village open all year round?
A. Yes, if you choose to live here great! Approximately 70% of our
owners live here.

Q. How do we purchase a new home?
A. We will give you a price for whichever home you choose. the price
will include the following: Transport to the park, siting of the unit,
connection to services, gas contract with two gas bottles.

Q. Do you allow animals?
A. Yes, but please advise us that you have an animal. With regards to
dogs, you must have written permission, and no more than one animal is allowed.

Q. Can we bring our British car?
A. Yes, you can keep a British car here, but after 6 months of being
resident, you must change the number plates to Spanish registration.

Q. How can we cope with the paperwork?
A. You do not have to, we have a lady "Trinny" whose job is to sort
out the paper work. Trinny can save you a lot of time and money! We do give you
further information on your arrival.

Q. We worry that being in a foreign country and not speaking the language we
will not understand our rights.
A. Once you have purchased your home, all owner/residents will be
registered with the Mayor, your contract will be written in English and a copy
written in Spanish is also registered with the Mayor. You can make out a will
and we ask all owner/residents to complete an "owners" information sheet
advising of next of kin and any medication you may be taking.

Q. We worry about what to do if we need a Doctor.
A. Bring with you the equivalent to the E111 obtained at the post
office, to start with this is sufficient in an emergency. If you are of
retirement age and you want to live here, bring with you the form E121 available
from the DHSS Newcastle and copies of your medical history, available from your
Doctor. There are also people that can help with translation at the Doctors.
Mollina has a Health Centre which is open 24 hrs. The hospital in Antequera is
second to none.
