The park (and hotel) were founded in 1986. The owners,
Fernando and Maria Ortega extend a warm welcome to everyone. The site is
operated by a Spanish family fluent in English for the benefit of it's 100%
English resident community.
The site owners and staff are there to make life easy for you. Once you have
decided to purchase a home, they can deal with all the local paperwork for you.
They can help with your Spanish residencia, help you open a bank account and
register you and your home at the local town hall. Nothing seems to be beyond
their willingness to help residents.
The park is designed with long term residents in mind, and is
committed to the support and wellbeing of those residents. It is primarily
suited to those seeking to retire to the sunshine, or at least spend the winter
here, children are not permitted to reside on the park, but are welcome guests.
