Situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Orange blossom coast in Peniscola "Baix Maestrat", surrounded with fields of olive trees, Holly-oaks and Rosemary's. The site is 3 km from a nature reserve which possesses an excellent signposted trail for those who should want to practice mountain-biking, mountaineering, etc. All in all ideal for rural activities, yet the beaches and towns are also very close by.

We are only 15 minutes walk from a large commercial and shopping centre including restaurants, bars, clubs, markets and much more.

Telephone options

A new custom telephone system is due for installation on the site shortly, this will provide a cheaper service and additional internet options. Currently internet terminals are available in reception.

TV, telephone and internet access are available. The site has gated security, a telephone box, mail box system, internet cafe, fax services, currency exchange and tourist information office.

Homeowners may sublet their park home for part of the year. Full details of subletting options will be made shortly here.

Only new homes are permitted on this site. All homes must be kept in good, clean condition and properly maintained.

Clients are not required to change their home on a periodic basis (as in the UK for example). If homes are maintained properly they may remain onsite indefinitely.
