Facilities include the free use of tennis & squash courts and boules
pitches and the site benefits from an adjacent beach with its own
restaurant and bar. The entrance to the site, the office and gate are
manned twenty four hours per day, seven days per week as is site
security. Vehicle access is limited to owners and their guests only,
with vehicle entry operated by number plate recognition systems via
cameras and electronic barriers.
The La Manga area has a substantial British contingency, and benefits
from the numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding villages,
which include a number of British establishments. The site is only 30km
from San Javier (Murcia) airport with budget airlines such as Ryanair,
Easyjet, Jet2 and Flybe etc operate daily. Alicante airport is also
approximately 1hr from La Manga, and the new Murcia City Corvera airport

Introduction
Plot of land for sale in a beautiful rural village just 4km
