The house has 3 double sized bedrooms one
downstairs and two upstairs which both lead out onto the front
balcony. The upstairs bedrooms are bigger than they look because
contained in one is a 5 foot bed and in the other a 6 foot bed that
can be seperated into 2 x 3 foot beds. Downstairs is a living/dining
room and a kitchen fitted with oven/hob, extractor and units on 3
sides, the dish washer will remain as will the fridge/freezer. The
house also boasts 2 washrooms, the one upstairs has a double sink
