The residential side of the park is open 365 days a year offering full residential facilities. Some roads in the new areas are still awaiting surfacing but should be completed this year, meanwhile they are gravelled. Plots of all sizes are available, the minimum requirement being 4 times the ground area of your selected home. This ensures good spacing between homes.

Onsite facilities include a large swimming pool, pool side restaurant and bar, launderette, mini-supermarket, public telephone and private parking. Private telephone lines are available to plot leaseholders. There are also WC blocks at various convenient locations around the site.
