Homeowners may sublet their park home for part of the year. The site provide a full
management service if required. Average sublets will generate approximately €400 per week during the
summer season (July/August). A commission of 20% of the rent received is charged against sublets for
this service. Housekeeping is also available at €5 per hour and gas used is charged to the owner's
account. Electricity and water used are charged to the sublet tenants.
Clients are not required to change their home on a periodic basis (as in the UK for example).
If homes are maintained properly they may remain onsite indefinitely. |
