The Site is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Sardinia, a wonderful setting with fantastic views for miles around. The site is set in 6 hectares and is surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The majority of plots are approximately 110m². This allows clients plenty of space for a car port, parking and garden space. The garden will be managed by the individual owners and they are welcome to plant shrubs, plants and even a small lawn if they so choose, the ground is excellent for cultivation.
