In order to be fair to all concerned rental charges for the plots have been set out as follows.
For 2 people living permanently on site the total cost per annum on a standard plot is 2880 Euros
per annum. This comprises of basic rental and residency charge combined and includes all services.
The same 2 people on the same sized plot who only use the home for holidays 2 months a year, will
pay less, for example: 10 months at 140 euros (rental only) = 1400. Plus 2 months at 140 euros + 100
euros (rental + residency) = 480. Total per annum is 1880 euros.
The residency charge therefore accommodates the additional consumption of electricity, water, sewage
and site facilities such as swimming pools, sports courts etc. Based on the time in residence on the
site, ensuring all charges are proportionate to usage.
