5,500 euros - includes:
- A gravelled car parking space to front of plot.
- A gravelled walk way around the home for maintenance and
access
- A perimeter base is built around the plot to rear & two
sides, using large rectangular blocks of local natural quarried stone. A fence of natural wood
in the willow style is then fixed on a metal framework above the stone blocks to a height of
approx 5 feet
- Large wooden planters / flowerboxes & or more blocks are used
to enclose the plot in front of the home. A chain is provided to secure the remaining front of
the plot & vehicle access point
- The sides and rear of the home itself are enclosed at the
bottom with more willow material to prevent animal access and improve the appearance
- Polished stone slab tiles are used to create a patio area, to
the front of which more large flower boxes/ planters are used for screening purposes. A small
gate of some 1m height is fitted for access
- Border gardens will be created & planted around the patio,
complete with all plants and automatic sprinkler system
- Outdoor lighting will be installed in the garden, complete
with 3 outdoor light switches
- Automatic lights with motion sensors will be installed at the
end of the plot nearest the road side access
- 3 weatherproof outdoor sockets will be installed around the
mobile home exterior
- 2 additional outdoor water taps will be installed
- A small cover for gas bottles will be constructed
- A large stone / concrete Spanish style BBQ with chimney will be provided and installed.
- A
choice of gazebos is available, one of which will be provided and installed as part of the
package, to create some shade. Examples of these and other materials etc. can be seen in the photographs
Additional personalisation is possible by the owners themselves. Some pictures provided may show
such items, but please note only the items discussed above are included in the package. |
